Nilesh: Arre Devika, you won’t believe whom I bumped into outside German Bakery this morning -Rohan, that criminal lawyer from Shivaji Nagar.
Devika: Oh really? He must’ve been there to work on his case notes. He loves those quiet Koregaon Park cafés. How did he look? Last I met him near the District Court, he seemed super stressed.
Nilesh: That’s the thing! He actually looked brighter. Skin looked cleaner, less tanned. I even asked him if he finally went on a vacation.
Devika: As if lawyers ever go on holiday. What did he say?
Nilesh: He said he started some chemical peel sessions at a skin clinic near Koregaon Park – Reborn, I think. Apparently the skin specialist there suggested a light peel because of his pigmentation and uneven tone.
Devika: Hmm… makes sense. With all that sun exposure near Shivaji Nagar and running between courts, dullness is common. Did he say how the procedure works?
Nilesh: Yeah, he explained it in very lawyer-style detail. The dermatologist applies a mild peel, it tingles for a few minutes, then they put a soothing gel. Whole thing is 15 – 20 minutes. No peeling or redness, which he said was very important since he has hearings every other day.
Devika: Good, because anything too harsh would show in court. What about the cost? These peels can go from reasonable to crazy.
Nilesh: He said the price was fair. Not cheap, but worth it. He’s doing around 3 – 5 sessions, spaced out. He’s already finished three and said the tanning has reduced a lot.
Devika: That sounds reassuring. I keep searching “chemical peel near me” and everything looks too aggressive. But if it worked for someone with his hectic schedule…
Nilesh: Exactly. And he said the clinic being near Koregaon Park helps – he drops in between drafting sessions at Kalyani Nagar or before heading back to Shivaji Nagar.
Devika: Maybe I should check that skin doctor too. Koregaon Park is anyway on my route from Sangamwadi.
Nilesh: Go for it. If Rohan can fit it into his lawyer life, anyone can.
