Services at the Clinic

• At Reborn we offer a comprehensive range of skin, hair, and aesthetic treatments.
• All services are subject to availability and may require prior consultation with our experts.
• Reborn Clinic reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its discretion.
• Our doctors and specialists will recommend treatments based on a medical assessment and suitability. We customize plans as per your skin needs.
• Services are only provided to the extent that payment has been made for the package.
• The consultation is valid for 15 days.

Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or in person.
• We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure a smooth check-in process.
• If you are running late, kindly inform us in advance. Delays of more than 15 minutes may require rescheduling or a shortened session to accommodate other clients.
• A consultation is necessary before starting any treatment to determine suitability and provide personalized recommendations.
• We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
• Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid.
• No-shows without prior notice may require full prepayment for future bookings.
• The clinic reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances.

Payments & Refunds

• Payments for treatments must be made in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
• The clinic accepts payments via cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and other approved digital payment methods.
• All payments are non-refundable. If a treatment is canceled for medical reasons, the amount may be used for another treatment or refunded. This decision is up to the clinic.
• Prepaid packages and memberships are non-transferable and must be used within the validity period.
• In the event of any dispute regarding payments, the clinic’s decision shall be final.

• Side effects, though rare, may occur. We will provide post-care instructions, and it is your responsibility to follow them for optimal results.
• Patients should follow all post-care instructions from the clinic. This will help achieve the best results and avoid problems.
• We take many steps to ensure safety. However, Reborn Skin & Hair Clinic is not responsible for any unexpected reactions, problems, or side effects from treatments.
• Clients acknowledge that they undergo treatments at their own risk.
